Terms of Service

Operator and scope

obychnyfy, 14 Southernhay Lane, Exeter EX1 1QD, United Kingdom, runs this website. For anything concerning the conditions on this page, write to hello@obychnyfy.com or call 01392 574186; written notices may also be sent to the postal address.

These terms apply to all pages published under obychnyfy.com, to the material available there and to enquiries sent through the site. The version in force when you open a page is the one that applies to that visit. Where a separate written agreement has been concluded with obychnyfy, that agreement prevails.

Information on this website

The pages describe the work of obychnyfy in general terms and may change at any time. Nothing published here is a binding offer or a promise of a certain result; an agreement with us comes about only when we confirm a request or sign a separate contract with you.

General descriptions cannot reflect anyone's particular circumstances and are therefore not professional advice. Before you act on something you have read here, please speak to us or to another qualified adviser about your case; reading these pages creates no advisory relationship.

Copyright and trademarks

The content of this site is protected by copyright. Copying, publishing or using texts and images beyond what the law allows requires our written consent. You may keep a single copy for your own reference, provided that notices of authorship remain intact. Nothing here grants a licence to use our name or logo.

Availability of the website

obychnyfy.com is offered as it stands, without a promise of constant availability. The site may be offline for a while because of maintenance, faults or events outside our control, and content may be revised or taken down at any time; no page has to stay published.

Use of the website

You may use this site to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. Anything that harms the site, other visitors or third parties is not allowed, including attempts to get around security measures, automated harvesting of content and unsolicited advertising through the form.

External links

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We neither endorse nor answer for their content, offers or privacy practices, which follow the terms of the operator concerned. If you notice that a linked page has become unlawful, please tell us and we will review the link.

Liability

This website is offered free of charge and as it is. Within the limits the law sets, we are not liable for losses that follow from using it, for data lost while a page loads or for interruptions of access; the rights the law gives you are not affected.

Complaints and dispute resolution

A complaint about the website or our services can be sent to hello@obychnyfy.com or raised by telephone on 01392 574186. We look into every complaint and tell you how we see the matter; before anyone turns to a court, both parties try to resolve the dispute between themselves.

Enquiries through the site

Whatever you send us must be lawful and accurate, and you must be free to pass it on. Please leave confidential material out of your message. An enquiry does not create a contract; it only asks us to get back to you.

Governing law and changes

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms and to the use of obychnyfy.com. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules in force where you live, and a dispute may be brought before the courts that are competent for you.

If a clause of these terms is held invalid, the other clauses are not affected. These conditions may be revised from time to time; the wording published on this page applies from the date given at the top.
